The 6AM Club is a unique training experience tailored for dedicated goalies who are committed to honing their skills before the school day begins. Our program offers a comprehensive training regimen designed to help goalies achieve peak performance on the ice.

Program Highlights:

Consistency: The 6AM Club is designed to provide consistent, structured goalie training every week, helping goalies develop their skills before their school commitments.
Specialized Goalie Development: Each 1-hour session is focused primarily on goaltending, including technical development, movement, positioning, rebound control, puck tracking, saves, recovery techniques, and game-specific situations.
Long-Term Development: The program is built around consistent development throughout the entire season. A full-season commitment is requested to ensure goalies receive the maximum benefit from the program and continue progressing through a structured development plan.

Schedule: Every Tuesday & Thursday at 6:00 AM
Season: September through May
Start Date: September 3, 2026
Sessions: 2 sessions per week
Goalie Age Group: Goalies born between 2011 and 2018
Available Spots: Limited spots are available
Commitment: Full-season commitment is requested
